Zambia

I've arrived in Zambia and I'm checked into the Holiday Inn. It is a nice hotel with wireless Internet access (yeah). The general manager sought me out when I was checking in and invited me to a reception tonight by the pool in order to introduce me to some of the other international guests who are here on business. I withdrew some cash from the ATM at the airport - 300,000 Zambian dollars (under $100 U.S.). I tipped the bellman 10,000 for his services.
