Holiday Inn - Zambia

I've been staying at the Holiday Inn in Zambia awaiting the other members of my group arriving later today. It has been a nice break. Last night the manager of the hotel invited me to a cocktail reception by the pool. I was able to meet interesting people from all over the world. I've been working in my room on emails and strategy for the World Vision response to the cyclone in Myanmar. I'm setting up conference call next week with a WV staff member in Myanmar and pastors and leaders around the country. This morning I had the best breakfast, eggs, bacon, French toast and orange juice (I guess you could call it breakfast and lunch). I'm going to hang out by the pool and catch up on some reading and work on some messages I have coming up.
