My Meal

Dinner
For starters I had grilled abalone and salmon served over spinach and topped with squid, black mussels and sautéed onion and tomato. It was delicious. For dinner I had their shellfish and line fish platter. It came with prawns, langastinos (like prawn sized lobsters - we used to get these when I was a kid), calamari, dorado (a white flaky fish that reminded me of sea bass) and a rock lobster. It was served with a garlic sauce and a creamy lemon butter sauce that was just perfect for the shellfish. For dessert it was a special chocolate lava cake infused with butterscotch and served with a scoop of homemade ice cream.
